Fascinating documentary from Arena about the history of the Cuban cigar made a fair few years ago on BBC Four worth checking out if only to see the ludicrous sizes and astronomical prices paid for them from Hollywood stars like Groucho Marx to the late James Bellushi and George (NORM! From Cheers) Wendt buying one in a London shop. Didn't catch the year but it looked like1997.

Billions is having another fantastic season. I love this show!

Not going to start watching Westworld until there are at least 5-6 episodes out. I hate the week by week crawl. Hopefully I don't cave and start watching anyway, I always regret when I do that.

Yes - I have watched the first season twice - there is much happening and easy to miss important plot points and hints at what's ahead.

I particularly liked the cover songs on the saloon pianola :-

I'm looking forward to seeing Shogun World in season 2

Death In Paradise is losing another main character - Dwayne played by Danny John Jules(also played the Cat in Red Dwarf) has decided to leave before the new series begins filming next month. Apparently the new character will be the daughter of the Commisioner. Have to wait until January 2019 to find out.

The conclusion of The Terror and the last episode of season one of The leftovers. As for The Terror, good, but I've a feeling it shines little truth on the actual story. It's sad none of them survived in real life.
The Leftovers...WOW! Bring on season two.

Just finished the second episode of Cobra Kai on YouTube Red. The Karate Kid saga continues into the present day with Daniel LaRussa managing a string of his own auto dealerships while, on the other side of the coin, his old nemesis from the All Valley Karate Tournament Johnny Lawrence is a drunken has-been who can't hold a job....until a chance meeting at LaRussa Motors and a run-in with some young hooligans convinces him to reopen a new Cobra Kai dojo---and reawaken the old No Mercy style of karate. It's funny. It's campy. It's actually pretty well-done. After just two shows, I'm wondering who the good guy and bad guys are. I'm sure this is what the creators wanted.

Thanks Mr Dude I'll put that on my list. I'm watching S02 E01 of The leftovers. Really entertaining, but WTF!

These last couple days I've been watching the last few episodes of Arrow, Lucifer, The Flash, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
