Enjoying Channel Four coverage of World Para-athletics championships but vastly irritated by Katherine Merry's dreadful commentary and the way she pronounces 'round' 'championship ' and the way her voice stays up not coming down when she speaks.

As stated elsewhere give Jodie a chance, so what if Doctor Who is a woman now, it was on the cards sooner or later, it could have been a gay, black or different accented Doctor so wait and see what her adventures look like...look at the hoohaa surrounding James Bond and Daniel Craig being a blonde...soon shut his critics up and now he is one of the best JB's ever.

S02 E01 of Dark Matter. Talk about shaking things up.
I like this show. It has more story telling depth than I anticipated.

Transporter the Series now into its second series with Chris Vance as Frank Martin-the role made famous in three films starring Jason Statham. I think he could have been a contender for James Bond, certainly has lady appeal, the body and looks good in fight scenes. Shame that the gorgeous babe that played his 'handler' in the first series was written out and this first new episode contained a shock as well. Currently being show on 'Spike' satellite channel

Just finished watching Dara O'Briain's Go 8 Bit on 'Dave' satellite channel which is a mad video games programme where two teams go up against themselves in a series of retro computer and video games with the last round supersized. The sister show called DLC follows it and features Ellie Gibson as host(she is also in the DOB-G8Bit) with Sam Pamphilon and Steve McNeil(who are the team captains in the afore-mentioned programme) a sort of cut-down version and features Hall of Game where two video games are put up against each other and one will make it in whilst the other hits the bin. Series 2 has now ended but can be on catch-up television or via the Dave website

Finished House of Cards - Season 5
Was damn good until the last episode which felt... very different filming style wise to the rest of the series. The zooms on characters faces talking with blurred surroundings was grating.
The normally phenomenal Robin Wright had 2 moments of really cringy line dilvery.
Wright actually directed the episode but I'm not sure I can put the blame on her as she also directed the pinultimate episode & I didn't notice these problems in it.
