Bio: Hugh Hefner is known for having impeccable taste in women and always has the sexiest girlfriends around. It didn’t come as a shock when Hef added busty Bridget Marquardt to his bevy of girlfriends—except for those in Playboy who passed up her test shots—twice. Rejection didn’t stop Bridget, who put her university books aside to write a letter to Playboy asking how one can become a Playmate. When Hef saw the all-natural blonde, he quickly invited her to live in the Mansion and her life was forever changed. California’s Bridget went from a student earning her master’s degree in communications to living in the Mansion as our Cybergirl of the Week for November 5, 2002. “I am extremely excited about being a Cybergirl, because I would like to take that title as a platform to promote Playboy as much as possible,” says hazel-eyed Miss Marquardt. But, nothing improved her life more than when she and fellow girlfriends of Hef, Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson, were featured on E!’s reality show, The Girls Next Door. Since the show’s launch, Miss Marquardt has appeared in several television shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm, Entourage and even Celebrity Family Feud with Holly and Kendra. Bridget also starred as herself in the movie, The House Bunny with Hef and other Playboy models. Today, Miss Marquardt is living in Los Angeles with her cat, Gizmo and her dog, Wednesday, and regularly attends the Mansion’s parties. “The parties are so elaborately decorated, it’s amazing,” says Bridget.
