Apollo 11 (2019).
Just watched this on Blu Ray and i was so excited to see the
Moon Landing in 1969 in a way i have never seen before footage that has been expertly gathered to give you an insight into the complete mission amazing quality for the time when you consider what they had to work with. You would be doing yourself a favor by watching this it's a documentry film of the highest standard. I would give this a 9/10 some may give it the max others slightly less depending on the age group younger people may look at it and say so what.

Batman & Bill (2017)
Documentary about the uncredited co-creator of Batman, Bill Finger. Watched this last night - very interesting documentary about how one man's dedication and research set in motion events to righting a wrong, concerning the creation of one of comic's iconic characters: Batman. [EDIT] FYI: Bob Kane's original sketch for Batman (below), before Bill Finger made his input. For decades Bob Kane was credited as the sole creator of Batman..

Also Brightburn. Yes it is about that, but at only ninety minutes, the thinness of the idea doesn't really ruin the film. I liked the ending, but I'm not as generous as Neo. I'm giving it a six. I'd have given it four if it ran for two hours.

"The Thaw" [2009]
Kinda like "The Thing" and any random X-files parasite episode. Very ordinary except a little bit of pervy fun when they've gotta check the girl for parasites. Kilmer had the good sense to cash his check after a day's worth of shooting. Missable, but points for a little grossout and a gratuitous climate change angle. Special points for mis-spelling "vertebrates" in a scientist's notebook Deepsepia gives it three infested Norwegian sled dogs out of ten . .. sample dialogue Well I guess that's OK, then. |

US. I don't what to say about this film other than it's one of those stories where the journey you go on, is more significant than the destination you arrive at. If you hate movies that at the end leave you pondering what it all meant...give this one a miss.
I have to give it five out of five doppelgangers. And the ending. |

I’ve just finished watching “Arrival” this evening.
Best summed up by the continuity announcer on Channel 4 as the end credits rolled......”Nope haven’t a clue!” |

To Dust. A sort of buddy movie about a Hasidic Jewish guy and a bumbling Community College Science teacher who, for reasons I won't reveal, team up to discover how long a human body takes to turn to dust. I suppose they could have looked it up on the web, but then we wouldn't have gone along with them on their quirky and touching journey.
