I worked in a large factory with over 2000 women workers. My first Christmas there I was warned to keep a distance between myself and the shop floor girls as they were notorious for not respecting anything on the last day before the holiday. The only thing that happened to me was some pretty coarse comments, but the QA manager was chased into his office by two worse for wear 40 years olds. As the lines cheered they pursued him telling him what they intended to do to him when they caught him. He locked his door but the pair then tried to climb over the petition to get at him.

No action was taken about the comments (though I wondered why one of them wanted to take her false teeth out before giving him a blow job) but the girls were warned about their dangerous behaviour in running around the factory and using revolving chairs as ladders.

Where I used to work it was the norm for young lads to get stripped naked by some of the female members of staff .
I refused , and got sacked .
Interesting that this harassment is never mentioned . It's taboo .
I doubt any of these sex offenders (for that is what they were ) will ever be brought to justice

Female initiated flirting like anything should be based on their corporate game. Otherwise it's just unwanted.

I am selective because I know what traps they can be

Yes, traps or baiting out there be careful. I also know what I've heard females say, if it were a guy, they'd be reprimanded or even fired right away.

I've heard numerous women where I work say things, numerous times.... sexual innuendos, sexual comments, etc etc...that if it were one of the guys that said it, he would've been walked right out the door. I've heard them say things out loud, loud enough that I know the bosses heard them, hell everyone in the place can hear them sometimes, yet nothing happens. I can't even tell the hot blonde that she looks great in yoga pants because I would have to worry about the consequences. The women say whatever they wish without a single concern.

It happens more than you realise .
It was very common as an "initiation " ceremony , during the 60's and 70's .
I refused to have it one ( lashed out in self defence ) and got sacked .
