Let me clarify the initial question. The politician could be a centrist or a rightist, but need to really know the ecological processes.
Here we actually get an ultra liberal (free market) politician who talks non-sense bullshits everyday, mainly because he has no idea about ecology.
He's a lawyer totally disconnected of our Mother Earth. He only wants to make easy money and to keep it for himself.
Almost all our rightists are like him.
BUT since 2003 we have a political party called: Ecologie libérale (Green liberals = Green free-market). There are rightists who prone a liberal view of the society (believing in personal responsability) but based on the respect of ecology.
