Redneck Weddings
There are some areas in the States were hunting and guns are central to the culture.
For urbanites these could be rather strange wedding photos. This one is my favourite: The happy couple, her in white, him in camo, cute kid and there in the background it's a stuffed Raccoon.....

I thought this giant coconut crab was a hoax but it isn't. These mutants can crack open a coconut with their claws, hence the name. Here is a wikipedia article about these monsters. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coconut_crab

Some more unexpected giants from the animal kingdom.
