I've seen the first 4 seasons of Breaking Bad, 1st scene in 1st episode sold me as it was so weird I had too watch , season 5 begins on pay TV here next month I think.............I gave The Soprano's a 10/10, that's my benchmark for drama TV, Breaking Bad gets a 9.9999999 / 10

Speculation for next season: The DEA brother-in-law will figure out who Walt is and he'll meet his demise.

Well, those who haven't seen the current season better stay off the thread. Spoiler alert.

I knew from the beginning that the finale will be between Walt and Hank. I think he already figured out Heisenberg's true identity and it's going to be interesting how the authors will extend the story to 8 more episodes.

Yes, and what a truly ... interesting ... way for him to find out.

I usually don't watch TV at all, but my mom of all people got me into Breaking Bad! About season 5 - I thought the show was over and had simply ended on an ambiguous note. Rather like that idea and am kind of disappointed there'll be another season.

Not too disappointed, though. It'll be interesting to see just how ruthless and inhuman Walt might become.

Off Topic sort of

For those Breaking Bad fans, and those Sopranos fans......And you better be or else I just might be compelled too press my special little ban button

I suggest you all watch Boss

This show fits right in the middle of Breaking Bad and The Sopranos, a mix of both, only involving politics and crime. Trailer

Quote:
a political thriller that puts television icon Kelsey Grammer in both the leading actor and executive producer roles. The show is a gritty and uncompromising look at the dark side (or from Boss‘s perspective, the only side) of American politics.

Right at the opening of Boss, the audience is given what is probably going to be the motivating dramatic arc throughout the series: Tom Kane (Grammer), the multi-decade mayor of Chicago, is losing his mind. His doctor informs him in secret that he’s suffering the early stages of an irreversible neurological disease and that he will begin to convulse and hallucinate within months. Kane, the undisputed ruler of Chicago and its political arena, keeps the secret to himself.

The big draw for Boss is that almost all the hot actresses get naked in it.
