Request it soon at a radio station near you. You know it makes sense...
Incorrect.

Longest song title I could find is "Regretting What I Said to You When You Called Me 11:00 On a Friday Morning to Tell Me that at 1:00 Friday Afternoon You're Gonna Leave Your Office, Go Downstairs, Hail a Cab to Go Out to the Airport to Catch a Plane to Go Skiing in the Alps for Two Weeks, Not that I Wanted to Go With You, I Wasn't Able to Leave Town, I'm Not a Very Good Skier, I Couldn't Expect You to Pay My Way, But After Going Out With You for Three Years I Don't Like Surprises" - Christine Lavin

Cover of the song here

The Fairport Convention song was actually number 5 on the list I found behind
  1. "Regretting..." Christine Lavin
  2. "Long Live British Democracy Which Flourishes and Is Constantly Perfected Under the Immaculate Guidance of the Great, Honourable, Generous and Correct Margaret Hilda Thatcher. She Is the Blue Sky in the Hearts of All Nations. Our People Pay Homage and Bow in Deep Respect and Gratitude to Her. The Milk of Human Kindness." - Test Dept
  3. "The Sad But True Story Of Ray Mingus, The Lumberjack Of Bulk Rock City, And His Never Slacking Stribe In Exploiting The So Far Undiscovered Areas Of The Intention To Bodily Intercourse From The Opposite Species Of His Kind, During Intake Of All The Mental Condition That Could Be Derived From Fermentation" - Rednex
  4. "Someday, in the Event That Mankind Actually Figures Out What it is That This World Revolves Around, Thousands of People are Going to Be Shocked and Perplexed to Find Out it Was Not Them. Sometimes, This Includes Me" - Chariot

What idiot would even consider a song title that long? A DJ would have a heart attack saying that in one go!

Did you know that renowned jazz musicians Oscar Pettifer and Spike Heatley were featured musicians on children's comedy show PLAY AWAY.

I always liked the ELP song "When the Apple Blossoms Bloom in the Windmills of Your Mind I'll Be Your Valentine."

Did you know the in Hawaiian Mythology, the Goddess Kapo has a detachable flying vagina, in which she once used as a decoy to save her sister Pele from being raped?

In the 1920s the house of commons passed a bill fixing the date of Easter as the second sunday in April. However the house of lords (which included quite a few bishops) voted against the bill.

Cremola! I remember my mum giving me that in the Sixties. Used to have it with jam. I also recall liking 'clouds and zepellins' (bangers and mash) and rice pudding. But the thought of eating all these things now turns my stomach. After I was exposed to school dinners I went off any kind of sloppy pudding (except jelly), including custard (the skin!), mashed potato (the hard lumps!), blancmange (the skin and the lumps!) - unfortunately they had blancmange every day at my primary school and you had to eat it. There were a lot more foods I was put off besides but over the years I've undone a lot of the damage; not with the sloppy ones though. I feel sick just writing about the subject.

Just wanted to get that off my chest - or stomach. As far as Did You Know goes, looking through my own collection for examples of title tracks not on albums, I see that the Cardigans Emmerdale is not on the album so titled but on its follow-up Life; that Pulp's His 'n' Hers does not contain the track of the same name, rather that's on an EP; and that Elvis Costello released an album of country covers entitled Almost Blue - the title he also gave to an original song on his next album Imperial Bedroom, where it presumably displaced the song of the same name, forcing it out on to the b-side of a 12in single.
