Mueller Report The parts that are not being well publicized
Several items in the Mueller Report which have not received much attention in the press:
1) There are instances of text messages and other communication disappearing. Steve Bannon’s phone was missing about 20 text messages. Mueller knew these messages were sent because of the records obtained from Bannon’s cell-phone carrier. Bannon professed to be baffled and had “no idea” why the text messages were not on his phone. 2) Other messages were not able to be read because the Trump campaign had used encrypted messaging. 3) Several witnesses claimed 5th Amendment protections and refused to answer questions. 4) In addition to apparently coordinating the release of damaging material to give the most benefit to Trump, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is also responsible for floating the conspiracy theory that the DNC hacks were an “inside job”, also falsely suggesting that it was Seth Rich who was responsible and further that he had been murdered by the Clintons in retribution. The Mueller report conclusively shows the hacked DNC material came from the Russians, and that Assange lied about it to cover the source of the material. 5) Cohen was able to suppress the supposed “incriminating” Trump video shot in Russia at the Miss Universe Pageant and mentioned in the Steele Report. However, Cohen’s Russian contact expressed doubt as to the authenticity of the video. Yet Trump seemed sufficiently worried to put Cohen on the case. “Enquiring” minds might know the truth? 6) The initial FBI investigation into Russian interference was based on Trump campaign staffer George Papadopolous bragging to an Australian diplomat that the Russians were behind the hacking and that the Trump campaign knew about it. The Australian diplomat contacted the FBI, who after interviewing him opened the investigation

So, I guess we should "lock him up"? And his evil brood with him?

For me, if anyone feels like a victim of injustice/guilt, a target of outside and/or inside scrutiny, I dont blame that person to react wildly and lash out, it's only natural. It may not be the best way to support the claim on non guilt but you get the idea.
However, in the case of someone in high office, I would expect that person to be of the mind set and especially someone who is so full of themselves "You think I'm guilty of all this? Go on I dare you to make a case!" and then LEAVE it at that and get on with other more pertinent matters without needing to go on and on about it making the other side(s) of this, question and put a lot of unnecessary hypothetical discussions into the brew of the public arena for attention and I mean that of Dems/Rep/media and so on. |

Trump will lose this one in the Supreme Court as well a claiming that his staffers do not have to answer subpoenas issued by House oversight committees. |

He was saved in the 1980s when Reagan stopped all the prosecutions of white collar crime. In my opinion, he has been protected from tax fraud charges by the Republicans continually cutting the IRS budget, thus gutting the enforcement arm. Unraveling 900+ page tax returns takes a lot of man hours. He is likely going to be able to stall on the tax returns until at least 2020, but the House Ways and Means committee has every legal right to review his returns. There is a lot of inferential evidence that the Trump Organization has been compromised by money laundering for Russians wishing to remove their funds from Russia. In my opinion, this is a national security issue that needs to be investigated. I don't think impeachment is going to happen, but he can be indicted after his term is up. Are you willing for the Republican party to suffer the consequences of protecting him should he subsequently be proven guilty? Before you answer, please remember that his lawyer has already pleaded guilty to engaging in a criminal conspiracy with him. |

The problem is that the idiot known as the president is conducting personal business while he is handling the football and other classified issues. He is a moron like how Thor said it...he's an idiot to the 15th power

This is not unusual among right wing loons. Today, for example, the Orange Turd proclaimed that if an impeachment bill started in Congress, he would get his toadies on the SCOTUS to stop it. Since Article 1, section 2, paragraph 5 expressly forbids court challenges to impeachment, I assume he knows as little about the Constitution as you do. |
