Cool

Voted Other! as far as Burgers go, I like Burger King, (Rally's!! ) and Wendy's

Like Arby's every now and then!

I'm really trying to stay away from fast food though, because nothing is better than a home cooked meal!

My favorite of all the fast food places around is Roy Rogers. They do better roast beef than Arby's and better chicken than KFC. They also do a very decent burger. For fish it is Arthur Treachers. Alas there aren't many of either place around anymore.

So, I have these other places I frequent:

If I want a really good burger it is Five Guys. For fried chicken joints it is Popeye's. If I'm really hurting for some fried fish I go to Long John Silvers.

[Stop that laughing in the back. I said Long John not Long Dong]

I voted for Arby's. Even though they don't have the variety of Jack in the Box or Carl's Jr., their roast beef sandwiches are so damned good, especially when washed down with a Jamocha shake.

We don't have any of those companies, except for the awful McD

Has anyone heard of HemoHesburgers?

We don't have Roy Rogers in Buffalo, but Arby's has a presence here. But when Arby's came in to Buffalo, they had to improve the quality of their beef because the favorite local sandwich is a beef on weck. A weck (full name: kummelweck) roll is a kaiser roll topped with carroway and rock salt. You pile the thinly-sliced beef on the roll, dip the top of the roll in the au jus and garnish with as much horseradish as you can stand.

Because of the quality of our beef, our pizza and tacos, national chains like Arby's, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell have had a hard time establishing themselves in Western New York.

I think Roy Rogers was mostly a Mid-Atlantic chain. It had been started by Marriott Corp years ago before they sold it off.

I have been to Buffalo and I love a beef on weck. If you are going to try and serve roast beef in Buffalo it had better be good.

I'm not much on going out to eat, especially fast food joints. If I want something good to eat, I eat at home. On the very rare occasion I do eat out, it's Gene & Judes Melrose Park, Il. Chicago area is famous for it's hot Dogs, and Gene & Judes are about the best.

watched the latest BK ad on TV. The burger looked massive. But I know for a fact when you buy one it will small.

Very surprised Subway didn't get atleast one vote! Must be the Flies thats always hovering over the food when ya step into one of those, I take it?...Haha, I know the feeling, It really defeats the purpose of their moto Eat Fresh!

However, I can't say I'm suprised McDonalds and Taco Bell didn't get any votes!
