What I know is that VT calls her 'Shelley', but that's as likely to be a red herring as it is to be a clue.

Thinking it might be a clue I searched here for 'Shelley' and the closest match I could find was Shelly Goodair (http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/showthread.php?t=18551), who is moderately similar looking and was active at about the right time (late 2001). But I'm not confident enough to go planting this set in her thread without an expert opinion from the forum's expert IDers.
