Kind of sad that this thread sat dormant for the better part of 2 years until the other day. I'd have thought it would be overflowing with posts plus it's a way to remember Max. RIP baby.

Until about 4 years ago I would let people walk all over me even though I had nothing worth taking to speak of. Fast forward a couple years and after having built a nice portfolio, granted thanks mostly to an inheritance. there is always someone that thinks they deserve it more than me or questions my authenticity. What that did is make me a tad vengeful and hardened, so when I'm not enjoying a manicure or back massage or a new hat, purse, or pair of shoes, I enjoying taking my detractors down a peg or two.

Newsflash, nobody deserves anything, not even respect, until they earn it...

I'm British, so obviously it's a cup of tea. If you're a bit down, take a mug of tea in both hands and just hold it and feel its warmth. No idea why it works, but it does.

Natually a good biscuit to dunk is a great optional extra.

I pick up one of my guitars and play something, usually a Police, Bowie, Rush, Sweet or Fleetwood Mac song, although Def Leppard are increasingly present.

Often it's just one part like the main riff for Tusk. Or the verse for Roxanne. As Sting says it's better than therapy.
