Fake cumshots. I know there are usually reasons behind this method being employed, but a badly handled one can ruin a scene. At least they could make some effort to make it look vaguely realistic or credible...

One of the things which occasionally frustrates me is the failure of directors to realize the full potential of a scene. You will sometimes get a scene where two (or more!) performers have real chemistry, are really into each other, but the whole thing is hamstrung by lazy, flawed or unimaginative camerawork/editing/direction.

When a female performer is wearing beautiful stockings/lingerie, but this is shed or discarded very early in a scene. If they are going to do this, at least let us see her removing the stockings slowly and sensually!
