I notice this weeks TOTP didn't have any DJ's, just Peter Powells voice over between acts.

That was due to industrial action at the Beeb and the result lead to more bands playing live instead of session musicians planing a backing track

i watched these lastnight the live music went on strike and no totp for june and july 80 due to action. did any 1 see the girls in bras and suspenders and not much else I cant wait for that clip
