Looks are very similar, yet kim seems (a bit) "fuller" or is that caused only by a slight weight gaining?????

There are plenty of similarities; worth a look, but I don't get an "a-ha".

As you say, KS seems to have more boob volume. I don't see any groove in KK's chin like KS but that can depend on light & perhaps facial expression.
