1fichier Download problems - Page 6

In the past I was using premium link generators with 1fichier it was getting me 1.5 mb-3mb speeds but now that premium link generator dead and the average speed is at 400kb nowadays.

I think you should try chrome's download manager extension and also reset your chrome.

I did say that it was fake ransomware: once you get rid of the popup, there's no problem. Just annoying, and I suppose that anybody can do that, if they're rotten enough.

My ISP provider just has brief dropouts, but a few milliseconds are enough to kill a "free" download here.

Just tried 1fichier again with Firefox and was able to connect to and download from.

IE is no longer blocking the site, either.

Weird.

It's working for me also now. I suspect 1flichier made a change on their site since anyone using Malwarebytes would have been locked out (I pretty positive that was blocking it).

Came back with me also. I added an exception to Malwarebytes and this allows me to download anything from there so that's one way around it.

Google seems to be flagging a lot of sites lately for no reason..... they flagged another forum where I Admin twice and I know the site is clean because I scanned it myself. Once they flag it, it goes out to all the AV providers as well. It's getting to be a real pain to be honest

I think I just had a problem with 1fichier as well, a pop-up tab that started talking in French (about infection and error) and freezing up my Firefox. Antivirus caught it too: HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen2 [virus]
It was either Depositfiles or Fichier but since the page talked in French i am strongly suspecting Fichier.

It was a link from the Sarah Louise Young thread but i can't find back the exact post (maybe it has been deleted in the meantime?)

I also use Firefox (+ uBlock + Kaspersky Internet Security) - no popups, no freezing and no viruses on 1Fichier

All clear!

I tried that as well but it still blocked me. Still can't access it with IE or Firefox. Frustrating.
