After seeing the candid of her with Nathan Filion,I got out my DVD of season 3 and went through it slowly, but couldn't find any place in it where the autopsy scar showed. Here are the screen shots that I did take:

Note - somewhere I saw (or read) what Pat had to say about her experience on the autopsy table; I'll try to find it and post it later - she actually fell asleep while waiting for the shoot to start!

in the 1st 23 minutes the 2 moderators ask her a few things, then there are good questions from the audience for the other 37 minutes. In the early part, she talks about Army of Darkness, the NOtLD remake, Babylon5, the book she had out on B5, and then at the 17:56 mark she goes into the story about her experience on Castle. She had a lot of funny stuff to mention.

Pat runs a sort of guided tour service and was in New Zealand back in 2017.

And back in 2015 she was in LA:

2015 Comikaze Con - Babylon 5 Panel with Pat Tallman, Stephen Furst and Robin Atkin-Downes
The three of them were quite funny, Robin does a number of voices from his voice over work. Stephen didn't attend many cons after this, and died in 2017. A lot of B5 actors have 'passed' over since the show left the air.
