Apparrently it was agreed to last year that the white members of the school would walk out. The race relations talk was to occur the next day when everybody came back. If the teacher had reservations about attending the time to raise them would be long before the day of the event in a email.

Actually I found thisome quite entertaining. The "left" is having a civil war as some feel their voices have been suppressed for too long. The media will try to either distract or deceive when the subject comes up but you can only cover things up for only so long.

What the ruddy-blime and blinkin'-flip is the point of all people of one section going off campus and then coming back the following day?

Why not just have everyone stay there and talk about on the day of action?

This is why when I hear people drone on about the left usually do not have a clue. For the last 35+ years what you have called "the left" is really the establishment posing as the left doing everything to push their donors' agenda. The left actually has done progressively worse over the last couple of decades and now they are waking up to the fact that the establishment has been a wolf in sheep's clothing and it has made them quite upset. Hillary's defeat was actually their anger on display. The media has tried to portray the lack of turnout as apathy, but really it was anger. As it pertains to Mayor Betty. The guy was probably upset on how this latest police shooting is being handled in comparison to the other cases in which the victims look like him. They probably getting the feeling Officer Noor will be be locked up behind all of this and the eyes were watching which is why the outburst. Very strategic. Smart.
