As with all my threads this topic idea is a thought in process and i`m not sure where i`m going with it

Or at least the world we are familiar with ends

Either by man made messed up disaster , the planet itself simply being totally fed up and trying to shrug us off or Alien invasion etc etc etc




Now for reasons of basic logic on this thread at least i`m going to say that it`s not the expected nuclear or biological war that screws us.
Although i seriously don`t believe it`ll be a global country against country war that will bugger everything .Which is just as well since that wouldn`t be survivable


No i`m more of the opinion it`ll be a cooling of the gulf stream , a shift in the oceanic plates and a case of refreshing Tsunamis striking everywhere wetting our socks




Still the causes are secondary really , and i`m only smiling as if it is a global flood then i`ll be ok as i know how to swim

The most important thing is do you know what you`d do if it all went tits up tomorrow

Or are you sane and have never considered it

If you haven`t .

Because i will be as and when i figure my options out

Right now i`m going to open a can

Bloody hell think of a global disaster that destroys the infrastructure of the country and there are no imports and nothing new is produced

No alcohol

Guess if that looked like happening i`d have to form a militia and set up a base in a brewery distribution center

Mind you that`d only be a temporary measure as eventually we`d be bound to drink the place dry

Still i`m sure it`d keep me and my Militia sustained for a week or so

I'd stock up on anti-triffid gear and find a way of fermenting the pesky plants into some kind of alcoholic beverage

Rather spookily there is a news report online that scientists say a giant meteor and when I say giant I mean 55tns, 1,300ft long that is hurtling towards Earth having orbitted us for some time will NOT be hitting us In November-so that is by a gnat's crotchet then. This thing if it did hit Earth would be the equivalent, they say, to 65,000 atomic bombs-might make a rather large hole in someone's back garden. However in about 100 years time it is said that another one will come close but sooner or later it will happen-best get the Russians & the Americans to free up some nuclear devices to blast it apart...unless we get done by the shards too??

Supposedly you can make alcohol out of most anything

Well apart from police batons and rubber bullets .

Which is a shame as i`m thinking when it all goes insane those are the main objects that`ll be on the streets.

The world is ending Saturday, May 21st 2011 at about 6:00pm. I know this because a caravan of people came into town yesterday and have been handing out brochures telling us that it is Judgement Day. Since we don't have much time left, I plan on spending the next few weeks drinking and whoring as much as possible. In other words, living the Charlie Sheen lifestyle.

Also i know that our overseas members won`t initially be able to link up with the British chapter of this members militia

But worry not because by the nonexistent powers never invested by me i hereby form the I.M.M

Funny, looking at the map shows Wyoming as on of the safer bets to live, Yet I remember watching a show on (Weather Channel, History Channel etc??) that if Old Faithful blows its lid, that North America would be devastated. Yet, according to this map It is not Shown to be that big of a worry. Also note, Volcano danger spots are missing from the bottom smaller maps. Are volcanoes to be involved with Earthquake prone areas?
