Yes I realised my mistake just after pressing send, so apologies for that ricket.

As to beautiful girls I remember being rather 'interested' when I saw Barbara Bach in 'The Spy Who Loved Me'. She was absolutely gorgeous and had great legs as well as a stunning body. You can also see a little bit more of her in 'Force Ten From Navarone' when she has a bath in full view of Richard Kiel (Jaws) who is also in that film.

Barbara did have a stunning body. One of my favourite scenes from TSWLM, is when that US navy crewmember goes into Commander Carter's office and he clocks Anya in the shower. His eyes pop out of his head!

Carter's response to this was funny too. "Whassamatter, sailor?" "Ever seen a Major takin' a shower before?!"

Yesterday marked the second anniversary of the death of Richard Kiel. The 7ft actor played Jaws in TSWLM and Moonraker. He also voiced Jaws in the 2004 video game Everything Or Nothing.

RIP to a gentle giant. Gone, but not forgotten.

I remember seeing some kind of Bond spoof, perhaps with Jackie Chan? and Richard reprised his Jaws character in that as well as the afore-mentioned Kossack-type in 'Force Ten From Navarone' (the sequel to The Guns of Navarone, but nothing like as good)

Today is the 102nd birthday of Desmond Llewellyn. He took over from Peter Burton as Major Boothroyd (Q) from From Russia With Love until The World Is Not Enough.

I often think of what would've happened if Peter Burton carried on after Dr No. I think we'd have had a different character altogether. It wasn't until Guy Hamilton's involvement, that Q would get irritated by Bond playing with his gadgets. I think if Peter Burton had carried on, we'd get a performance similar to Desmond's in FRWL.

I was more intrigued to find out that Llewellyn was going to play Q as a Welshman, but it was decided that it wouldn't be understood so he played it as an Englishman, but that was also the case for the original voice for Darth Vader-Dave Prowse recorded it but in his inimitable accent, but then they changed it and had the brilliant voice of James Earl Jones dub it instead. Imagine James Bond from Bristol "My name is Bond...James Bond my lover!"

We've had a Scottish Bond. I'm suprised Sean didn't play it as a Scotsman. He'll probably call all the girls he meets "hen".

Yeah I could imagine that. Apparently Sean and Roger used to do impressions of each other so imagine Roger's Sean Connery talking to Sean's Roger Moore!

As to the idea that Daniel Craig would come back for £110m, well compare that to what Johnny Depp earned last year, it's a mere drop in the ocean so if you have to pay top dollar for your star, then I am all for it, after all, he is everyone's favourite modern day James Bond. A two picture deal for that amount is a bargain I reckon.
