Thought I’d start a rugby league thread since there is already a rugby union thread with a hundred something pages this is for the 13 player code. If there’s anyone from Australia or Northern England who follow the sport on the forums.

As a french and as a catalan, it was a black sunday, Dragons and les Bleus lost the same day...but Wingan was fantastic and O'Keefe also.

2024 should be interesting with the NRL playing games in Vegas https://www.allegiantstadium.com/eve...e-in-las-vegas will the Penrith Panthers win the NRL Grand Final again and go for 4 in a row, a mammoth task if you ask me and with the loss of Stephen Crichton to the Canterbury Bulldogs it will not be easy. Penrith vs Wigan Warriors in the World Club Challenge will tell where they are at.

Only just caught up with w/e recordings....

Love watching NRL, Andrew Voss is my favourite commentator of all sports...his knowledge and spontaneous humour is remarkable. I usually watch live on w/e mornings but something else was on.

With a large noisy crowd in the Las Vegas stadium 2 great games and mildly surprising results.

In England we don't get to hear all the gossip so a lot I don't understand, but probably could if I googled enough.

One thing I wonder about is why good players leave a club...is it for money? or salary cap business, eg Herbie, Adam Reynolds, Brandon Smith....
