When I was a kid (many 'moons' ago!) .... my dad used to take me to both Nottingham Forest and Notts County .... you could afford it then!

My dad was always a FOREST fan though .... and he brainwashed me into becoming a Nottingham Red. Can't complain after watching them win European Cups, Championships, League Cups, etc. In Nottingham its always the County fans who are bitter towards Forest (think jealously means alot!).

I must admit I look at Man Utd results (and Derby to see if they've lost again!) .... but, its FOREST for me through and through .... its in my blood!

Well ......... its a little quiet on the football thread ........... but FOREST won again last night 5-0 ...... so, on a selfish basis .......... I'M HAPPY!!!!!!

I'm sad. Swindon Town 3, Leeds United Nil. I didn't see or listen to the game but from what I can gather, Leeds were fortunate to get Nil. OK, it was the morning after the night before. But there is no position so strong that it will not fail if the garrison do not man the walls. Promotion is within our grasp. But it will slip through our fingers if the team plays like this even once more this season. Colchester are coming to Elland Road on Saturday and it is up to Leeds to welcome them to a decent game of football. If Colchester are good enough to take 3 points, then fair enough. But they must take the points, not be given them.

I would have moved to Spain for good I think - can't change to Man U really, so I might as well move to sunny Spain eh?

All true fans should read this article by a leading American about the likes of the Glazer's leveraged buy-out (Fraud/ outright theft) of Manchester United.

I say this as a Leeds United fan and as you know, Leeds and Man United really luuuuurve each other with a passion.

The Glazer's really do come across as modern-day robber-baron's and if I was a Manchester fan right now, I would be a bit more than oworried:
