Attention: There is a prevalent email scam happening everywhere where the sender claims to have a password to a site and demands money in some form. Ignore it, do not respond and at most change passwords on any sites you frequent.

Effective immediately, moving or animated GIFs are not allowed in signatures. If your signature has one, please remove or replace it asap. Staff will remove them as and when we see them without notice.

Sincerest apologies to everyone for the recent blackout. VEF and several of our sister forums had a major server malfunction. The database index is being rebuilt from scratch and may take at least several days to be fully restored. Expect major weirdness and lots of glitches in the meantime. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately it seems that all of the posts made from the 13th March until the crash are permanently lost, please feel free to re-post any such material, apologies for this.

I'd like to avoid looking like a total t**t by reposting stuff that has been sorted out long ago, but 104 pages is a heck of a read. Is there a shortcut? I take it the .PA on page 1 is kept up to date (or is the current version elsewhere?). But I don't see how that links to the magazines. Is there a list for this, or is it only on the photosets? If it is only on the photosets, do I have to trawl through 104 pages to find them all, or is there something smarter, like a list of links to them? And is there anywhere I can find the missing photosets? The ones that are no longer on the server? I realise this is a MONUMENTAL effort and I'm happy to chip in if I can. But is there a joined-up version, or is it 104 pages - take it or leave it?
