My dingbat management turned the heat off for the season one month earlier because of higher than normal May temperatures, but I'm still cold and I can't do anything about it, because it seems no one else is cold. It's electric heater time!

This is what the sky looked like when I got up this morning. The sun had just risen and the sky was getting bright, but all of a sudden these very thick dark couds moved in over the lake and swallowed the sun as if it had fallen into a black hole. This is an indication of a thunderstorm moving into the Chicago area, but this often happens and many times even when the entire sky is almost black the clouds then break apart, the sky clears and and the sun returns. By the look of the clouds I think the thunderstorm will come this time. Well we need the rain. It has been rather dry.
