It looks like Trump is not allowed to block people on his Twitter account.

Oh, we are just getting started. Remember that Trump openly discussed defaulting on the national debt during his campaign. The press and pundits declared that he would be prevented from taking that course by the wiser heads in the Republican party.

Trump has been able to divert a great deal of money to himself by stiffing his lenders and suppliers in the past. He is increasingly surrounding himself with people who tell him what he wants to hear. McConnell and company have grown accustomed to rolling over and playing dead rather than oppose him. Do any of you guys feel comfortable investing your life savings in U.S. Treasury bonds now?

Default Trump cancels Kim summit amid North Korea 'hostility'

US President Donald Trump has cancelled a summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, blaming "tremendous anger and open hostility" from the North.

He said it was possible a meeting could still take place but warned North Korea against committing "foolish" acts.

The summit aimed to rid the Korean peninsula of nuclear weapons and would have been the first time a sitting US president met a North Korean leader.

But doubts had emerged on both sides whether the talks would take place.

Mr Trump's announcement marks a fresh twist in the turbulent relationship between him and Mr Kim.

The most likely outcome is that Israel will eventually be overrun by Arabs and suffer great reprisals for its crimes.
Actually, Israel enjoys better relations with Jordan than with any of her other Arab neighbours. The Palestinians were granted refugee status in Jordan after 1967. They showed their gratitude by attempting to depose the government of King Hussain in 1970; the Syrians under the original President Assad invaded Jordan in support of the Palestinian attempt to seize the country which had befriended them. I used to work with Israeli guys who told me some pretty startling stories about how convincing the Jordanian reprisals against the Palestinians were; they expressed big respect for King Hussain. The Palestinian terrorist group took the name Black September from the defeat and exemplary punishments the PLO received from Jordan in September 1970. Later the PLO were kicked out of Lebanon and Syria for similar behaviour and after that the Palestinians managed to make themselves most unwelcome in Kuwait and Iraq.

Israel imports new population every year thanks to the Jewish right of return. She has (IMHO justifiably) closed her borders to Palestinians; suicide bombings are way down inside Israel since they did that. There is a significant Israeli Arab abd Israeli Druse population inside the country, who have been remarkably loyal, often serving in the IDF with distinction. Meanwhile the Palestinians have consistently misgoverned themselves and alienated successively the Jordanians and Egyptians, the Lebanese, the Kuwaitis and the Iraqis. This is not an enemy which can seriously threaten Israel's existence; they aren't up to the job, no matter what the demographics may say.

Or perhaps not...
First it was ON, then it was OFF, now it might be ON again...?

US President Donald Trump has said his summit with North Korea's leader could still happen on 12 June, despite earlier cancelling the meeting.

"We'll see what happens. It could even be the 12th. We're talking to them now. They very much want to do it, we'd like to do it," he told reporters.

On Thursday, he blamed the North's "open hostility" for the cancellation of his talks with Kim Jong-un.

North Korea later said it was willing to talk "at any time in any form".

Vice-Foreign Minister Kim Kye-gwan said Mr Trump's cancellation decision was "extremely regrettable".

I was just reminded that that pesky old Congressional Budget Office projects that the deficits will be coming in at over $1 trillion per year beginning in 2020. They believe that there is no way in hell that the tax receipts will approach Trump's rosy projections. The Republicans really hate these killjoys. If only their estimates didn't turn out to be so much more accurate than the various administrations' so often.

These debts will never be paid.
After reading several books about debt, I learned that during the human history, they often were "deleted".
I do not understand why people still take care about this BS.

When we understand that because of a recent concept of monetary creation (only dating from about 100 years ago) private banks can create 10 times money that they don't get in their safe to put people under slavery, it's quite evident that this system will collapsed.

Thomas Piketty, who won several prizes of "talented European economist", analysed the social inequalities and explained that all these debts mainly result from the sales of public wealth made by liberal governments to the private wealth.

Trump and Macron both produced the same kind of politics.
They do not tax the dividends but still highly tax the work.
They both made big tax giveaways to the richest classes in their countries. (6 billions in France)
Then they both said: "Public management is too expensive."

As example, Macron thinks to sell the French Airports for 9 billions and several national railways lines.

As Piketty said: "Why Macron doesn't immediatly give the French Airports to the richest classes?"
