Apologies in advance that most of these are thumbnail or preview sized images, but I found an uncropped version of your original, Shallowood. It has copyright and site info watermarked on it. The website, 4wyw.com, is defunct, but it's archived, and as you gathered from the name of your file, the model's alias there was "Tara." The set dates back to the late 90s judging by the copyright watermark on your picture, the date the preview images appeared on the site, and her bikini tanline.
