What's the best filehost currently available?

Hi guys,

I'm pretty certain this has been answered many times in the past, however I'm looking to get another premium account, Oron won't let me renew my account as I'm based in UK, Filesonic only allows personal downloads, rapidshare I've been using on and off for 5 years again not ready to renew for another year until I'm confident the service won't be withdrawn in the near future.

Can any of you folks out there recommend a file host that is worth getting?

Strange, They took my money a couple of weeks ago.

I'm sure everyone will give different answers but after MU I went with Rapidshare. No problems so far.

Oron seems to be pretty stable. Posted links before and after the crash still work.

It depends of course what you are using the filehost for. Mainly storing files and sharing OR premium downloading. The future for filehosts are at best uncertain and I won't recommend a long term membership with any provider now. That being said Rapidshare has won some major battles in court and looks like the safest haven for the moment. But their current 30 kb/s cap on free downloads suck. If you want a provider for mainly premium downloading I'll just point out the obvious that it depends on what content you are interested in. Check up on your favorite users and see what providers they use. Filepost, Orion and Rapidshare seem to be popular.

I've never managed to download a thing from oron. In fact i'm convinced the free version doesn't work.

Oron works for me too, but as a free user the download is slow, sometimes hangs and the waiting times can go up to hours. So please use another service.
