I am having doubts about Trump. Professor Jordan Peterson's remarks about Hitler keep running through my mind. Trump's economic and environmental actions, on which the stock market is voting this week, and the growing evidence of collusion with the Kremlin have me wondering if he hasn't been an agent of a hostile power for many years.

Indeed. Priceless stuff. Love the stuff about Trump being too dumb to collude with Russia. Roger Stone is cracking up too, which is saying something, because - whatever you think about him - he's an ultra-savvy operator.

The walls appear to be closing in on the orange hemorrhoid in chief. For the past few months I didn't quite believe that he'd be ousted before his term was up, but now I'm not so sure.

Of course, Mitch McConnell could yet have some tricks up his monogrammed sleeve, but he's been strangely ineffective of late.
