Susana Spears (Real name Zuzana Majorová); she was best known for her fantastic ass but the rest wasn't bad either.

During 2008/2009 Susana had a full set of teeth veneers, lip pump/fillers, and went under surgeon’s knife to have two very unnatural looking lumps inserted.

Couple of year's later Susana relocated to California, and now spends her time doing such extreme work out routines that at first glance you could be forgiven for thinking she might infact be known as 'he'.

Susana's obviously kept on having lip fillers along with regular botox treatments; since her face now appears nearly expressionless with that 'frozen face' look which is so common for those who partake in this awful practice.

I’m all for fitness and looking after yourself and much to her credit she's carved out a more viable career via the zuzkalight.com fitness channel/blog etc - so good for her. However Susana's a prime example of how natural beauty can be totally ruined by vanity, insecurity, terrible advice and extremely crap surgeons.

This may not be exactly the expected response to this thread but anyone who is a fan of Bailey Jay , like I have been for the last 5 years, might agree that although she does have nice tits I preferred her prior to the Op.
