Default Actor found dead after #MeToo claims

South Korean actor Jo Min-ki, who had been accused of sexual assault, has been found dead, according to reports. Jo Min-ki had been accused of molesting at least eight people amid a string of #MeToo allegations in the country.

The actor was found dead at his home in Seoul, according to news agency Yonhap and the Korea Times, who cited police. Min-Ki's roles were mainly in TV shows, but he also appeared in a number of films. He was due to be questioned by police next week, the reports said.

Sir Kenneth Dodd. 1927-2018.

My favourite tongue twister has always been "Did you know that Ken Dodd's dads' dog's dead?"
Sadly I'll not be able to tell that with quite so much joy in my tone any longer.
RIP Ken; the last true music hall showman; whose fans were often heading home on the morning bus as often as the night one they expected.

Oh dear, another legend of television taken from us. First it was Sir Bruce Forsyth and now Sir Ken Dodd ( or Doddy as he was known in Liverpool). I remember seeing him doing his stuff for Comic Relief and at the of his set he was still going that he had to be lifted up and off the stage. He could talk for hours and many fans missed their trains home because he kept them laughing in the aisles for longer than he should. He was a master of one liners - one of my favourites was " what a beautiful day, what a beautiful day for running up to the Kremlin and shouting " Is Lenin?"" Or what a beautiful day for sticking a cucumber through your neighbours postbox and shouting " the Martisns have landed!"

He could sing, tell jokes, pretty good ventriloquist and created a television series based on his own invention the Diddymen who worked in the Jam Butty mines of Knotty Ash, which sounded like a made up place but actually existed and was his birthplace. He had his own catchphrases like " how tatifilarious" things were plumptious and How tickled I am ( his other creation was the tickling stick) but above all else he set out to do one thing and that was epitomised in the title of his signature song Happinress- to bring happiness to millions and exercise their chuckle muscles. That was Kem Dodd and we shall miss him greatly -RIP Sir Ken, you've earned a rest at last.

RIP Sir Kenneth Dodd owner of the jam butty mines in Knotty Ash and ward of the Diddy Men.
A peerless comedian with an instant answer to anything.

No longer will I be able to use that old joke
Ken Dodd died
Did he?
No Doddy ......

He even managed to laugh off his well know financial issues
'Good evening, my name is Kenneth Arthur Dodd, singer photographic playboy and failed accountant.'

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...favourite.html

He was a true one of a kind and we have lost a comedic legend.
