Right Click To Save Image NOT Working Firefox

I just updated my browser to the new Firefox 56.
I cannot right click to save an image, so I went back to the old version 49.
Anybody else have trouble with this problem or is it just me?

I googled about this & found a couple of sites but they are about 4 or 5 years old.

I will just stick to my old version.

I always have trouble with newer versions of stuff.
I get pissed cause I don't know anything about computer stuff &
when I think I know what I'm doing, I end up screwing up.

Works for me with Firefox 56.0 too (32bit, Windows 7)

Some sites disable right clicks using JavaScript. Do you have an example where it does not work?

An alternative way to get images is
* Right click on page
* Select "View Page Info"
* Switch to "Media" tab
* There you see all images and other media on the page and they can be saved.

Any site I went to I couldn't do it.

I've just stuck with the old version, cause even all the addons work too.
Maybe cause I still like the old windows 7.

I live my life the old way & hate the new stuff.Anything new especially computer stuff is always a bother for me since I don't know shit about it.
My computer is old version, programs I use are old versions & even the girls on here I like are old fashion & as KC sang "That's The Way.. I Like It"

For what it's worth I used Firefox 28 for almost a year with no problems, and I'm still running Windows XP. As BOC sang, "Seasons don't fear the reaper, nor do the wind, the sun or the rain."
