Question about introductions
Hello, I'm new to the forum and concerned about mistakenly breaking rules. I was thinking about posting an introduction to both the modern and the vintage sections, tailoring a few details to both, and including some personal details about lifestyle and hobbies. Any issues with doing this? Also, any rules about avatars? Thanks!

There's one dedicated introductions thread so no need to duplicate it across other threads.
http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/t15...-it-here-.html Reading the rules for the forum as a whole, and any additional ones for specific sections is a good idea before posting. The general rules are here http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/f6-...his-first.html First time rule infringements will bring a quiet word from a Mod in most cases, so it's not that bad here, The list of offences warranting more Draconian action are listed on the rules page: you'd need to be doing something pretty dumb to provoke that kind of response though.

Getting Started on VEF
Quote:
I'd add that, as well as reading the posting rules carefully before you start contributing (remember, these rules vary from one part of the Forums to the next; each section has its own specific set of rules), it's also a very good idea to read the first post in a thread, before you post anything there. These initial posts often contain extra rules, that relate only those threads. If you take the time to do that, and are careful to keep your posts on-topic, you can be sure that you're playing by the rules of VEF as a whole, the section in which you're posting, and the thread to which you've chosen to contribute. Have fun!
