If you pay close attention to Midway you'll notice some of the film footage is from Tora Tora Tora. It's still a great movie though! I would have loved to be a fly on the wall and seen the Jap reaction when they looked out and seen THREE of their first line carriers burning/sinking!

Damn near every actor is a black belt these days.Every fight scene has a highly skilled Martial Arts move, followed by a snap/clap sound effect that sounds nothing like a punch in the jaw.

I hadn't thought about it--call it 'suspension of disbeleif' lol--but that's kinda opened my eyes on two of my favorite movies--Die Hard and Aliens. Die Hard was kind of a guilty pleasure--I knew so much of it was implausible, I just didn't care. lol And Aliens, when the morphs are trying to get at the marines in the Command Center? I'd seen the footage of how that was filmed, it just never sunk home. (They filmed it right side-side up and inverted the footage, and must've taken their tails off, too.)

Characters in porn movies are never usually bothered about other people knowing they are having sex. If someone walks in on them while they're at it they just keep going. However, this goes out of the window when they are on the phone. Here's how it goes. Yeah, and they always waste time looking around instead of taking off like a bat out of hell. They'll stand there watching someone coming, or a door opening, till the last possible moment before they take off. Then they shoot at them, and miss, and run out of ammo, so they throw the gun away. "Damn gun! Empty again? I don't need you anymore!".
