Yes, there has been a problem with an imagehost he sometimes uses. "postimg.org" is apparently gone forever, but the pics are not, and are available on "postimg.cc". It will take a while, but the BB-codes for each image in each affected post will have to be changed

Sorry to bother you again but I have noticed that there are many other users where the photos have an x and when I go to open the link, I get an Interpol message saying that someone on this site is posting child pornography. What is the deal here? And does everyone have the same problem in posting images? Thanks

An X means image not available so it's no use clicking it in the first place, and if you do click it, the problem would be with the image host that you are redirected to, not here on VEF.
