Attention: There is a prevalent email scam happening everywhere where the sender claims to have a password to a site and demands money in some form. Ignore it, do not respond and at most change passwords on any sites you frequent.

Effective immediately, moving or animated GIFs are not allowed in signatures. If your signature has one, please remove or replace it asap. Staff will remove them as and when we see them without notice.

Sincerest apologies to everyone for the recent blackout. VEF and several of our sister forums had a major server malfunction. The database index is being rebuilt from scratch and may take at least several days to be fully restored. Expect major weirdness and lots of glitches in the meantime. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately it seems that all of the posts made from the 13th March until the crash are permanently lost, please feel free to re-post any such material, apologies for this.

For my videos and clips i often use AVS Video Editor. When i put these clips which i often download in a Frame of 640x480 in Windows Movie Editor and use the same parameters or even higher in Editor,the movie or clip Always comes out with a smaller Frame. In the details the technical stuff still reads the same ,but the Fram is Always cut down. Does anyone know if i can adjust this in Movie Maker ?
