In the text accompanying her PMOM layout it says that she had just graduated from Reseda HS in Los Angeles in 1963. And it's been widely noted that her real name was Donna Ronne. Now, the Reseda '63 yearbook happens to be online at classmates.com. So you'd expect to find Donna Ronne's picture in the yearbook, right? But there is no Donna Ronne listed among the senior pictures. However, there is a girl named Andrea Haworth who has a close resemblance to "Donna Michelle".

Somebody (either at Playboy or elsewhere) must have their facts wrong concerning Donna Ronne, whoever she was.

You might want to check the following class - according to Pl@boy, her birthdate is 8 Dec 1945. This would make for a very young (17-1/2) high school graduate if she was in the Class of 63. She may have been a mid-year grad or they may have created a fiction on consideration that having a high school STUDENT as a centerfold might draw attention from the authorities.

She was married at the time she posed for Playboy, so I guess it was legal. I love her; looking at her, would never have guessed she was not in her 20s.

Wikipedia says 1945-2004. So 59, not *that* young.

Especially for someone so young! Confident and worldly. That's what has always struck me about her.
