You're right, but inevitably the two sections overlap from time to time. We're often asked for movies that can't be posted here. But the requests are frequently posted in individual models' threads, which makes it ambiguous if the poster wants the model's scene or everything

So we allow the requests to improve success chances, but also refer the OP to CM Requests. If the full movie lands here, we divert it to Classic Movies
