I do check every so often to see if they are selling

Isnt ebay a big rip off anyway with what they charge and with people on it only looking for the cheapest prices . How do the ones selling make any proper money My family and missus in particular is hardly ever off that site trying to find the next bargain and trying to nick it from someone else when they do. Shes been buying stuff for five years now and i never yet saw anything i would call worth buying . She even bought me a suit off of there a couple years ago for a fiver and you know they say you get what you pay for , well looking at that suit the first thing that came to mind is she had paid 2.50 too much Most of it she sticks in black bags and puts in this room. If you are asked for a 'buy it now price' and you are anything less than perfectly polite bordering on obsequious ( definition of me) thetwat asking can protest to ebay and they will most likely remove the listing telling you to check the rules etc.
For those asking me if I have a 'buy it now price' I reply 'do you?'
You can get box sets of bound volumes of hardcore Private mags on ebay so fuck knows what the criteria are.

If anybody reports your listing for the flimsiest of reasons ebay will remove it without hesitation or even consideration. All you need is a prick you responded to without humility when they asked you a dumb question and you are out. When asked if I have a buy it now price I answer 'do you?' and all my listings disappeared within an hour.

I was in the process of bidding on a Formula One themed 8mm porn loop and yes, it was against ToS, but so much smut was still posted, and they pulled the one I wanted and terminated the seller's account. Assholes! Lol.
