https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82i5SLVhtQA Had the predecessors in my cellar and played them againsam. For sentimental reasons. Now I'm finishing Doom. Again. Me......and my lovely lovely chainsaw. She never lets me down, always loyal to the bitter end, what a beautiful beautiful chainsaw. Her name is Paulina. |

I hope it's easier than Wolfenstein The New Order! I loved and replayed Wolfenstien on PS3 but I never got far with Wolfenstein TNO. I have Doom for PS1 that I dig out an play from time to time... I even played it back in the day when it came out on PC! |

There are rumors about a possible remaster of L.A. Noire for the PS4. I can't remember playing that one since I never owned a PS3 but it has been praised by most gamers. Definitely getting it as soon as it's out.
A System Shock remake is underway too. I remember the original game from 1994. It was very confusing and inaccessible for me at the time but I was probably too young to understand a complex game like that. The sequel was another great game but significantly different from its predecessor with its emphasis on horror. |

I adored the first Silent Hill. At the time it was the best game I'd played. But there was a feeling of boring familiarity about the series with each new game. I felt it never advanced. The Room was awful but I persevered. In the end I got rid of all but the original. Last week I bought The Evil Within. I'd played it before but felt there was no replay value. With the sequel due in October I thought I'd remind myself. Half way through I gave up. It's a good story but I got fed up of replaying a certain boss time and time again. However, I would highly recommend it to Silent Hill fans.
