When I was 17, I worked as a janitor in a truck stop motel. I would help the maids flip the mattresses. Some real finds in there. Penthouse, Playboy, and Oui, mostly, but plenty of hardcore as well. I remember one time the maid and I found a stash of Polaroids. Whoever took them must have forgotten they were there. Really good stuff.

I suspect also some of it was concealed for personal use by married blokes whose wives would not tolerate it in their house, or young blokes still living at home with parents. I recall we found a huge stash in one of the haybarns on the neighbouring farm.

I also remember when I was a teenager, my then girlfriend's dad was away on a business trip and her mum asked to go down to the cellar to find something that had been stored down there, I forget what, but the search involved shifting loads of boxes of junk until suddenly I chanced upon several cardboard boxes of real hardcore mags. Lots of very hardcore bondage stuff - 'Roped and Raped' was one of the titles which sticks in my memory. Needless to say my search took a lot longer after that. Although I confess, desptie considering mself quite the man of the world at the age of 17 or so, I was quite shocked by much of it.

It was quite amusing when the father returned and discovered the boxes all moved around - he looked distinctly nervous for a few days.

I suppose "hedge porn" is just men dumping their stash. Don't want the binman/garbage man know you wank. But i'm grateful to the few or many who dumped their stash. I did dump some mags before I had my own place, I hope you liked them

My most exciting 'porn' hunts these days involve a tiny 8GB key drive and an empty USB port on the laptops, Macs or PCs of friends who have requested a little IT support from me.

Whether that's digital pics of a mate's wife/gf in a bikini on holiday, a former gf's naughty candids that she uses on dating sites, or somebody's porn stash, these personal snapshots of the erotic lives of people I know are by far and away the pics I treasure most these days.

If the guys who fix my PC are doing the same to me they must be very happy bunnies, especially if they like Abby Winters stuff.

I think there is a subtle difference between finding porn from under a hedge from an anonymous person and knowingly search PC's from friends who trust you to fix their PC's. NOT cool, sorry.

Internet IS the current place for pornhunts. And it shows. Just look at us. But for us that is not a problem because our generation (and older) knew different and we had the abillity to appreciate the difference between porn and the real world.
Now, look at al the 15 year olds of today who think it is just normal to have sex the way it is seen on the Net. It gives this generation a lot of freedom but thereafter a lot of boredom. Everybody does it in any way, albeit due to peer pressure. They have seen it all at age 20. Boys AND girls, mind you.

I unwillingly overheard a conversation between three pretty female students in a bar last week and it made ME feel quite uneasy. They are far more dirty minded than we blokes were at the same age. The ease with which they discussed the dicks of their hook-ups of last saturday, the parties they were having, all their 'achievements' during last skiing-holiday. They may have long legs and high heels but are very demanding and they talk, drink and fuck like the are guys. Wouldn't be possible without Internet. (Of course probably hiding a lot of insecurity-issues on their part but still..)

We, at the same age, probably only had access to sex if we were going very steady... and I'm talking late 1970's so that's not exactly the most victorian age. But those guys today with these girls around them think it's nothing to have 'only' 2 or 3 different women in one month. That, sometimes, is pretty confusing when today you are in your late 40's/early 50's.

I agree Mellow. I heard girls on buses as young as 11 or so talking about giving a BJ. Boys buy nuts or zoo and make lewd remarkes. I don't remember if I knew what to do at 11-no I didn't, but I liked girls.

There used to be a time and a place for everything. That's why I truly believe that, in our younger years, seeing porn wasn't harmful: porn was sensational, it wasn't real, it was just fantasy and it would never happen in real life. You found a couple of dirty mags under the hedge, enjoyed yourself and went on with other things for 14-year olds such as dancing at schoolparties with that sweet girl.

The way how sex is nowadays represented in every tiny aspect of our daily life is -in my opinion- sick. Thanks to the internet but even more to the TV-networks and advertising campaigns. This is why it is perfectly normal for teenagers to be preoccupied with sex the way they are now: this is you, a 2011 teenager and be aware you don't live in 1955 and therefore you are entitled to a great number of things and therefore have the right to have sex as often as you like. And if you don't do it you are a lame geek.
Recreational sex now equals consumption at one's discretion, which equals success, which equals a better place in the foodchain.
