That's definitely her, I used to sell those Femme Fatales magazines in my store. She used her real name as a screen name and she uses it in the Bikini Hotel movie, staring Julie Strain (one of the B-movies scream queens and usual presence in the FF magazine). I think they did a couple of B-movies together and Fantasia was a friend of both Julie and her husband, Kevin Eastman (one of the creators of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, lol).

And just a word of warning. IMDB says that Fantasia plays the female wrestler "Gert" in the Wrestlicious Takedown show. That's not her

It's just a girl that has the same real name - Tonya Manley (trust me, I saw some of Gert's combats).
