A little off-topic, but I'm pretty sure it'll be correct:
The England fans will sing only 2 songs. The UK's national anthem and one verse of 'Rule Britannia'. It won't occur to them to sing the normal songs they would in a season, it won't occur to them to sing silly songs like: "We lose every week, We lose every week, You're nothing special, We lose every week." though they'd have to be adapted of course. Nor will it occur to them them to get the F.A. Cup atmosphere going by singing "Abide with Me", while remembering that lower quality clubs quite often beat higher quality clubs, which is what England will have to do.

 Where/When do we put the 'Penalty Shoot-Out-Winner'? Is that Overall, or just in the Final ? The actual guy that wins with his penalty in what match ? The Final ? Not a crit Vic.... I'm just bloomin' thick Will be back in a flash, after I visit the Footie thread and worry about France |

The penalty shoot out will be for the KO rounds.
for example. England 8 Colombia 0 (Colombia) You pick the result and Just in case it goes the distance and ends up with a penalty shoot out, pick your winner on pens as example above, do the same for the rest of the games in the KO rounds. I hope that helps as I have serious issues in the teaching game. |
