The context where I found it brings me to the conclusion, that your request is for a transsexual called Mercedes. So probably no page three girl:-)

It's about a nightclub at the Times Square (1986 - 1997) called Sally's Hideaway, later Sally II, for Black and Latin gays, drag queens and transsexuals.
