That's not the movie those caps are from. The Kama Sutra vid featuring Madison is an instructional thing (like The Lover's Guide) it's not a standard porn flick.

. . . in the February 1994 Cl*m*x (fill in the vowels -- it's one of the several American mags which had that title, not the Euromag with the same initials as Carol Cummings). The issue had a five page spread of Madison Stone and Patricia Kennedy in action.





The first five scans above are full-page scans of the spread. The sixth scan, at the end of the second row, is a small pic, about 1/5 page, that was on the contents page.

The rest of the pics, below, are separate scans of the first page, with the inset photo and text eliminated, followed by separate scans of the pics less than a full page in size. In addition, the full page photos had white margins instead of bleeding to the edges, so I did additional scans of them to eliminate the white margins, in case anyone wanted to download the pics without margins.





The last page of the spread has a line running across the bottom of the photo, and across Madison's foot. This is on the photo as it appears in the magazine, and probably was on the original photo. When the original photo was being prepared for use in the spread, someone might have drawn the line to indicate where the photo should be cropped, and the printer missed the crop mark; or the person who drew the line realized, too late, that the line was drawn too high. Anyway, it's not something that I, or a previous owner of this copy of the magazine, did.

Mfiscalini did three big postings of Madison pics at the beginning of this thread (they're the second, third, and fourth postings, on the first page -- many thanks, Mfiscalini!), and all three have pics from the same photo shoot of Madison and Patricia from which the Cl*m*x spread was taken. However, I don't think that there's any duplication of pics between Mfiscalini's three postings and this one. The earlier postings are here:

The first pic of both sets is almost the same, but not quite -- Madison has her right hand in a slightly different position and the lighting on her face looks different. Three others look like they're also in Meerteller's post, but they're cropped differently. For example, the third pic in the second row of the second block above (the individual scans) shows more of Madison's hair and left arm than the same pic in post #19 does. In any case, the ones I've posted here have higher resolution than the pics in post #19, which I think justifies the repetition.

Sounds like The Swap, a Vivid video, which doesn't seem to have had a DVD edition (and is anything still available in VHS? Shades of Beta!). I've seen it, and though I'm a big Madison fan (as you may have noticed), I was underwhelmed. I'm not big on orgy scenes since the lady I dropped by to see gets very little screen time as the camera roams over the writhing bodies. Also, the guy with the camera is usually trying to include more than one couple in every shot, requiring him to shoot from a distance while I'm trying not to yell (as if he could hear me), "Get closer, you idiot, get closer!" IIRC, several years later, that was all very true of this one, as your "less than a minute" for Madison confirms.

I did a search in VEF for the title, and got no hits, but I found a few very tiny, low-res. pics on a streaming site:

The Swap is the only one of Madison's videos which IAFD lists as having both Eric Price and Tom Byron in it, which makes it more likely this is the one you're looking for.

IAFD has a link to a review of the video (which I didn't read), which might further jog your memory.

P.S. A laserdisc of this video recently showed up in an eBay auction, so it was issued in that high-resolution format at one time. But it's still not on DVD AFAIK.

Here're the front and back covers of the box for Madison's video The Perfect Pet:




I haven't included the spines and top and bottom flaps. The spines show a vertical slice of the front cover, and the flaps have the back cover cropped to a head shot of Madison.

The rest of the pics are scans of slicks for Madison videos. If anyone isn't familiar with "slicks," they're small (8 1/2 x 11 inches) posters sent to video stores to be put on the wall to promote the video. They usually look like the cover(s) of the box for the video they're promoting, but may have slight differences, and of course they're larger.
