In the UK there is no strict definition of porn, except for children and animals. If the Crown Prosecution Service think something is pornographic they must put it before a jury and the jury will decide.

In Russia, the decision that the content is pornographic takes a special examination. Formally, the examination is independent but in fact it makes the conclusion necessary for the prosecution. This is also the case with the infamous article 282-incitement to national, social or religious hatred. There are also criminal articles punishing for insulting the feelings of believers and denying the results of the Second world war (this is called "rehabilitation of Nazism").

I could get behind shooting people for both that lunacy and denying that the South was motivated by the desire to preserve and extend slavery as the underlying cause of the secession movement. There is a Museum called "Fire Arc". It is located in Belgorod and dedicated to the battle of Kursk. There is also a Museum in Cherkasy region (now it is Ukraine), founded in 1945, dedicated to Korsun-Shevchenko operation.

From the one video I get the idea that aggression towards and punching police is an extremely poor idea. It seems that they will beat you bloody.

We have rules and policies in the United States against the police using excessive force. But it is extremely difficult to convince juries that police officers should be convicted and punished when somebody provokes them, which sadly allows sadists to hurt folks. Fortunately the policing agencies are pretty good at keeping sadists out of their ranks.

Plus I suspect the causes of road rage with physical combat is also because of many Russian's love for vodka for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I wonder how many of these drivers in these road rage videos are driving under the influence of vodka?
