In the UK there is no strict definition of porn, except for children and animals. If the Crown Prosecution Service think something is pornographic they must put it before a jury and the jury will decide.

In Russia, the decision that the content is pornographic takes a special examination. Formally, the examination is independent but in fact it makes the conclusion necessary for the prosecution. This is also the case with the infamous article 282-incitement to national, social or religious hatred. There are also criminal articles punishing for insulting the feelings of believers and denying the results of the Second world war (this is called "rehabilitation of Nazism"). |

about the laws
Generally speaking, the severity of Russian laws is compensated for by the fact that they are not enforced. We have a bunch of stupid laws. A number of paragraphs of the constitution contradicts the legal, sub-legal and other acts. Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is one of such “laws”. in reality, porn is very accessible in the Russian segment of the Internet. We have a bunch of torrents. Pornolab acts in the open. Oh, how they tried to cover it all these years. Sense - zero. To access all of these torrent trackers and sites simply click on VPN. But there is an article. And what to do with this article. The comments to it state that pornography is, among other things, a demonstration of “genitals”. Those. the demonstration of the chest of Venus de Milo - also essentially suited this definition. The statues of Zeus, all the ancient sculptural compositions and the whole Renaissance - completely pornography. Formally, if I publish a scientific article that will contain an image of an antique vase with mating people (and there are many such images), I can be brought to criminal liability. In a word - all this idiocy works only when it is beneficial for someone. If I don’t have to put me in jail, but it’s very necessary, they’ll find a video file or a gif image (at least from my avatar on this forum) and blame me. In Russia, there is such a series - "Gangster Petersburg" Бандитский Петербург (by the way, I advise you to see it - if you find it with subtitles). He talks about the Russian mafia of the 90s. Petersburg was then that Chicago of the 1930s. there is a colorful character - "Antibiotic" (nickname). Shown as Russian Don Carleone. In one of the conversations with his accomplice, he says a brilliant phrase that can characterize everything you need to know about Russian justice. He says: “You know what I’ll tell you. In Russia, you can steal a bike and sit down for a period of 2 to 5 years. Or you can steal a train with valuable metal and you won’t get anything for it. Rob trains in Russia are much safer than bicycles This I telling you".

Are there National Battlefield Parks for the Battle of Kursk and the Cherkassy Encirclement / Korsun pocket? Where you can go there and learn what happened there, see the battlefield, see the equipment used, etc., get a tour from a Park Ranger...

To KissArmy: There is a Museum called "Fire Arc". It is located in Belgorod and dedicated to the battle of Kursk. There is also a Museum in Cherkasy region (now it is Ukraine), founded in 1945, dedicated to Korsun-Shevchenko operation. to Wildtig213 Violent incidents on the road are part of the problem. There is a lot of aggression directed at each other in Russian society. It is often believed that politeness is cowardice and all problems should be solved with fists (guns or knives). A driver's license can be bought, so often the car is driven by people who do not have the necessary skills. To xyzde69 No problem. Baguettes are popular here and you can buy them not only in bakeries, but also in supermarkets. Except baguettes success enjoys ciabatta. |

We have rules and policies in the United States against the police using excessive force. But it is extremely difficult to convince juries that police officers should be convicted and punished when somebody provokes them, which sadly allows sadists to hurt folks. Fortunately the policing agencies are pretty good at keeping sadists out of their ranks. |

Plus I suspect the causes of road rage with physical combat is also because of many Russian's love for vodka for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I wonder how many of these drivers in these road rage videos are driving under the influence of vodka? |
