In the meantime I have been quite misstaken. Two of the three pictorials I wrote about were not from Penthouse, but from Hustler! Although in general I have always like Penthouse much better - Hustler was two vulgar for my taste - these are definitely hot.
The girls in the snow were from a Hustler pictorial called "Snowballing" and the one with three secretaries waiting for their boss is called "Stacked deck". However I am still looking for the first one with the two girls having lesbian sex on the rock.

Well, have browsed this entire ( remarkable!) thread, and though I recognized a couple of things, I didn't see the "quintessential" Penthouse Sapphic pictorial... which for me dates from somewhere in 1977 or 1978. (Fuzzy dating, I know).
