If they are (claimed/seem to be) twins then one query to cover both should suffice.

Hmm, has there ever been a query for triplets?

I know we have to do an ID per woman. So that is why I did that.

The part of the rules I linked to above, so you can read, has not changed in at least several years.

In this case I'm ok with it being one thread per twin. We have two threads for each twin so ultimately better to have a solve thread for each too.

Rules #2 A) allows for one thread for twins.
