Mia/Myra is the most commonly cited name and to a lesser degree I've seen her named Connie, Darlene, Marianne and Twyla.

Busen no.18 as Flora
Genesis, 1983-03 as Karen - by Jerome Bischoff
Terri or Terry Wesley - possibly "unpublished"?

Interestingly, Gent had her as both Jill and Mia in the one issue: 1983-08. Perhaps from different photogs.? /shrug/
