I suspect not. Different areolae. 2" difference in claimed height (if accurate)--see boobpedia. Sophie Rose's eyes look blue-green-grey spectrum. Difficult to tell but Sophia Rose's look possibly brown... though coloured contact lenses are possible for such recent/modern models.
